Barry had a highly successful 30 year which started off as a scholarship athele with Indiana State University studying Aero Space Technology. Which continued with a career with Acura.
Barry was appointed by Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear as a Kentucky Colonel. Kentucky Colonel is the highest title bestowed by the Commonwealth of Kentucky. It is the most well known colonelcy in the United States.
